MediEvolution is a website devoted to the promotion of popular medievalism. In addition to its weekly webcast, it is a site for all sorts of information about things medieval – past, present, and future. This can mean almost any aspect of culture: Tolkien, Hollywood films, fantasy novels, MMORPGs, fan films, anime, graphic novels, toys, games, heavy metal music, you name it. It also still includes those things we normally consider “high” culture or legitimate medieval culture. Our philosophy is that there aren’t enough venues for medieval fans and scholars to interact. Medieval stuff is found all over popular culture because people think it’s cool, and MediEvolution is a place for everyone who loves the medieval.
